GoFit sells nutritional supplements, sports nutrition products, vitamins, accessories and related products.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. Packaging or manufacturer details may change from time to time.

Always follow the instructions, ingredients and warnings printed on the actual product packaging.

3. Prices & Orders

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before order confirmation.

Orders remain subject to product availability, payment verification and acceptance by GoFit.

If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, the relevant amount will be refunded.

4. Delivery

Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

Delivery times are estimates unless otherwise expressly stated.

GoFit is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information or circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Subject to the exceptions provided by Egyptian law, customers may request return or exchange within 14 days from receiving the product.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged or cannot be returned to their original condition may not qualify for return where permitted by law.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Approved refunds will be processed according to applicable law and the payment method used where applicable.

GoFit processes personal data in accordance with applicable Egyptian data protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The GoFit name, logo, website content and original materials may not be copied or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right under Egyptian law.

GoFit is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of products, failure to follow product instructions, improper storage or reliance on website content as a substitute for professional medical advice, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any consumer rights granted under Egyptian law remain fully applicable.
